Milford CT –  New residential construction.

The Property is perched up on a hill across from Gulf Beach in Milford with incredible views of Long Island Sound. There was an old house we first knocked down to make way for the new home.

Working with the client closely from the inception we went over ideas of different styles and the program. JMR created a home for the clients with a First Floor Plan with a large Kitchen open to a beautiful round Family Room, a Library and a Dining Room.

The Second Floor has 4 Large bedroom all suites with their own French doors to the balcony all with amazing Sound views. The Third Floor has a great home Gym space and a cozy covered balcony. The Client couldn’t be happier with their new home.
