Gulf Street remodel long over due.

For over ten years Milford residents have drove by and wondered, "What is happening with one of the most interesting houses on Gulf Street?"

About three years ago the owner contacted us to work on the extensive remodel. Meeting with the owner we discussed the vision to bring the house back to its original prominence with a new set of eyes to transform it. The house's sheer size and turn of the century style give the home its real prestige.

With an utterly desirable location on the Milford Harbor with views to Long Island Sound and Charles Island its no wonder it is the interest of many who slow down to take a look.  Progress has been slow with construction but the slow transformation is taking shape to be reminiscent of the proposed plans and elevations we designed.
