This Cape Transformation started with the families need for more space.

The traditional Cape is the perfect starter home for a family but at some point, you start to burst at the seams. We added a much needed 2 Car Garage with a Mudroom with cubbies and a Laundry Closet.

A custom stair tower was added to the rear of the home that leads to the large Family Room above the garage with a fireplace with custom built in cabinets and shelves with a 13 foot cathedral ceiling.
